From learning a skill to establishing an entrepreneurial ideal
In 1987, Li Yong graduated from the junior high school of Huangtan and came to the Ninghai Vocational Education Center for the second time to study mechanical and electrical majors.
After more than a year of study, the desire to start a business began to boil in his heart. In his diary, he wrote: "I want to start a business of my own within three years." Recalling the young impulses during his studies, Li Yong said frankly that he did not know much about the society at that time, and he did not know the hardships of starting a business. The proposed goal is a bit less practical. But the ideal of entrepreneurship began to take root in his heart. There are two reasons for this. First, Yangjia Village, Huangtan Town, where the village is located, was more developed in the 1980s. There are many enterprises in the village. Growing up in such an environment, Li Yong heard a lot of entrepreneurial deeds. Second, after the training of the school, their own vision and knowledge level have been improved. At that time, in addition to professional knowledge, the school often invited successful entrepreneurs to come to the school to give lectures. These have left a deep impression on him, and his growth goals have also begun to change from learning a skill to starting a business of his own.
From being a part-time job to determining the entrepreneurial goal of starting a business, it is extremely eloquent to say, but it is awkward and tortuous. In June 1990, Li Yong graduated with excellent results, but it is still far away to achieve his entrepreneurial goals. Funds and experience have become two major problems that have plagued him. In order to achieve his goal of setting up a factory, he started from this factory to that factory, starting from the grassroots level and practicing hard. From 1993 to 1996, he worked with several classmates in the lighting industry. He worked as a management from the grassroots level, as a vice president from the workshop director, and worked as a material procurement, technical management and production supervisor, especially in the marketing department.
