In 2009, the consolidated revenue of the Taiwan Watch Division began in April, and it has reached a record high for six consecutive months in September. The cumulative revenue for the first nine months of 2009 was 20.318 billion yuan, compared with 15.176 billion in the same period of 2008. Yuan grew by 33.88%. The current increase of the Taiwan Watch Division is expected to be issued at a premium of 65 yuan per share. It will raise 1.3 billion yuan from the market. The original shareholders can subscribe for 90.76 shares per thousand shares. It is expected that the current increase will be completed by the end of January 2010. The Taiwan Watch Division has raised 1.3 billion yuan in funds for this one-time increase in capital, and the Taiwan Watch Division plans to purchase LED TV-related backlight module products in Taoyuan, Taiwan. At the same time, the Taiwan Watch Division is quite active in the development of this new business, and has signed a contract to obtain 1638.46 pings of Taoyuan Road in Taoyuan City for a price of 174 million yuan.
