Several domestic and international automotive brands are currently in the design phase of integrating this technology into their vehicles. According to the company, the chip is tailored for both original equipment manufacturer (OEM) markets and the aftermarket, offering strong cost-performance advantages that position it well in a competitive landscape.
Investors also inquired about the company’s high-precision mapping business. The company clarified that revenue related to high-precision maps is included within the premium driver assistance and autonomous driving segments. In its 2016 annual report, NavInfo disclosed that revenue from advanced driver assistance and autopilot systems reached approximately RMB 22.48 million, representing a year-over-year growth of over 21%. Furthermore, based on preliminary data from its quarterly report, the company expects net profit for the first half of this year to increase by between 30% and 60%, reflecting continued momentum in its core operations and technological innovation.
