According to foreign media reports, the official version of Google's latest version of the Android 7.0 system (codenamed Nougat) was launched today.
Currently, Android 7.0 is only available for Nexus devices, including Nexus 6, Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P, Nexus 9, Nexus Player, and Pixel C. It will take a few weeks for Google’s recently released Android One model to be pushed. Those who use Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei and other third-party Android devices will have to wait until the manufacturers launch their own customized nougat updates.
In addition, the LG V20 mobile phone to be released on September 6 has been confirmed to be the first non-Nexus mobile phone to use Android version 7.0. Anxious users can consider buying it.
Android 7.0 was officially released at the Google I/O conference in May this year and continues to launch multiple betas. According to Google, Android N focuses on improvements in three areas: performance, security, and productivity. The main updates include: More convenient multi-tasking support; Notification bar for direct message reply and simple operation; Increased support for Daydream on Google's VR platform; Upgraded Emoji expression packs; More advanced Doze power-saving features and security Sexual enhancement and so on.
According to industry insiders, Android 7.0 will run better on iOS 10 than on the new Nexus phone.
