The tension driving part adopts an AC servo motor acceleration and deceleration device, and is equipped with a timing belt to drive the pulling arm to move up and down. The control has a higher requirement for the motor, and it needs to work normally. The motor runs at a very low speed, and the motor needs to return to the starting point at a high speed of 4500 rpm when the work is completed. Our motor can run to a nominal 1.5 times, so we can break through this bottleneck.
3. The actual displacement of the tension arm is calculated by the number of pulses output by the encoder of the servo, and the single-pulse count used for the upper count, because the servo motor is always making dynamic adjustments from the microscopic point of view, microscopically, there is a slight swing phenomenon. , This will cause inaccurate counts. The lower the speed, the more inaccurate the phenomenon is. The standard servo is difficult to guarantee the accuracy of counting. After understanding the actual needs of the customer, the pulse error is adjusted to 3, when the servo motor is at a certain level. In the range of oscillation, there is no pulse output. When the error is exceeded, the pulse is output. Although there is an error of 3 pulses at the beginning of the operation, the accuracy of the count is not affected, and these 3 pulses are not accumulated.
