This control product is designed for needle screw single-press water-cooled cold water and water source heat pump models. This system adopts PSC232R+WT5070S touch screen to realize.
1.1. Performance Introduction
1. Using advanced high-speed embedded microprocessors, the performance is much higher than that used in the same industry.
2. The mainboard adopts SMT surface mount technology, which has a compact structure, low heat generation, and strong anti-interference ability.
3, the motherboard reserved a serial port, can quickly download the program from the PC computer to facilitate program upgrades and hardware expansion.
4, using 485 communication transmission technology, data transmission distance and signal attenuation, can reach 1200 meters.
5, hardware has self-diagnostic ability, can automatically eliminate hardware failures, and the software uses redundancy, trap technology and hardware WATCHDOG combined to improve the overall anti-jamming capability.
6, storage capacity, 256K of program storage capacity, 16K of power-off data storage capacity, storage parameters for the storage chip stability, reliability is not lost.
7, built-in a variety of parameters for manufacturers to choose before setting the factory, and provide password protection.
8, can check the actual temperature of each point at any time, and may query the switch input, relay output, and can modify the set temperature at any time.
9, there is a remote control to open and stop, open the locker every day.
10. You can query current faults and historical faults. Faulty statistical functions can be used to analyze the unstable part of the machine in order to complete it. Historical failures can be queried by the time of failure.
