The new generation of Regal GS time to market: July 21 (this Friday) will be listed in parallel with the regular version!

The highly anticipated new generation of the Regal GS is set to make its debut on July 21st, featuring three distinct models: the 28T, 20T, and 30H. Compared to its predecessor, this latest version boasts a more aggressive exterior design, a sportier interior, and enhanced functionality across its hardware lineup. One of the most noticeable changes in the new Regal GS is the redesign of its grille. Gone is the iconic waterfall-style front grille that was once a hallmark of the Buick family. Instead, it now sports a sleek blackened mesh design, giving it a more modern and dynamic appeal. Surrounding the air intakes on the bumper, there's a generous amount of chrome trim, which complements the bulging muscle-like contours on the hood. Additionally, the new model comes equipped with a fresh set of five-spoke wheels finished in black, along with Brembo brake calipers painted in vibrant red for an extra touch of sportiness. Measuring 4909mm in length, 1863mm in width, 1461mm in height, and boasting a wheelbase of 2829mm, the new Regal GS maintains a sleek and athletic profile. Inside, the cabin reflects a driver-centric approach with an embracing central control layout. All buttons are strategically angled towards the driver, enhancing both convenience and focus while on the road. The interior combines a sophisticated all-black theme with red stitching details, creating an environment that is both stylish and stimulating for the driver. High-end domestic variants will feature an 8-inch LCD instrument cluster, complemented by an equally impressive 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports smartphone connectivity. Under the hood, the new Regal GS is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged SIDI direct injection engine, paired with a 9-speed Hydra-Matic intelligent transmission. This combination promises impressive performance and efficiency. Safety and handling are further enhanced by the inclusion of Brembo brakes, the new generation of CDC active suspension, and the FlexRide adaptive driving system, allowing drivers to tailor their driving experience to suit various road conditions. With its bold styling, advanced technology, and refined performance capabilities, the new Regal GS is poised to deliver an exceptional driving experience when it launches later this week.

Sand Casting

The water glass shell process has low cost, simple operation, and low requirements for raw materials. The basic feature of the process is the use of paraffin-stearic acid low-temperature mold material, and the use of water glass as the binder in the process of shell making. In terms of shell process, its surface quality is average, and its dimensional accuracy is not as high as that of silica sol process, but because of its unique cost, it is widely used in some civil and low-precision internal combustion engines in my country.
