Bidders must meet the technical requirements outlined in the bidding document. 10. Bidders must not have violated any laws or regulations in the past three years. They must not have major legal disputes with the group company or its subsidiaries, nor be under suspension, asset seizure, freezing, or bankruptcy. There should be no major quality issues or accidents in quality inspections by the state, industry, or local authorities in the last three years. Legal representatives cannot represent multiple entities, and only one entity from the same parent company, subsidiary, or holding company may participate. 11. Agents can only represent one brand per tender. The manufacturer of the brand must meet the qualification criteria for the project. If two brands are submitted under the same manufacturer, all bids will be rejected. 12.
