3 Bidder qualification requirements
3.1 The bidder requires the bidder to have:
3.1.1 Qualified as an independent corporate legal person.
3.1.2 Bidders must have the qualifications of Grade III and above for urban and road lighting professional contracting and the qualification of building intelligent engineering contracting. If the bidder does not have the qualification of building intelligent engineering contracting level and above, the LED display The screen part must be commissioned by a unit with a building intelligent engineering contractor level and above.
3.1.3 Bidders have at least 2 construction projects with a total cost of more than 2 million yuan for a single project of public building curtain wall glare lighting project since 2006, and have corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment and funds.
3.1.4 The bidder is not in the period of banned by the government market where the project is located.
3.1.5 The project manager requires a project manager certificate issued by the Ministry of Construction and a project manager certificate of the above level and above and a similar project manager.
