In the next five years, Zhengzhou will promote the application of 120,000 ç› semiconductor lighting, which will save electricity costs of 63 million yuan and save maintenance costs of 55 million yuan. Yesterday, the reporter was informed that 21 cities including Zhengzhou, Tianjin, Chongqing and Shenzhen were approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology as the pilot city for the national ten-city Wanhao semiconductor lighting application project.
The Ten Cities Wanhao Project aims to create 10 typical demonstration cities for LED lighting in the country and enhance the overall competitiveness of China's semiconductor lighting industry.
As one of the pilots, Zhengzhou plans to build two demonstration lines, five demonstration zones, five demonstration parks, six demonstration counties, 10 demonstration zones and 100 demonstration communities by 2015, and promote the application of 120,000 semiconductor lighting lamps. Hey, the annual electricity saving is more than 90 million kWh, the annual electricity saving is 63 million yuan, and the annual maintenance cost is 55 million yuan.
