Technical specifications for cold LED street lighting products (Draft for Comment V1.00)

1 Scope of application

This recommended technical specification is mainly for LED road lighting products in the "cold" application environment, and specifies the technical requirements for cold LED street lighting products, including product classification, initial luminous flux, initial luminous efficacy and lumen maintenance. Performance indicators, electrical and mechanical safety requirements and radio interference characteristics, test methods and signs.
This recommended technical specification is applicable to LED road lighting products with a rated voltage of 220V and a frequency of 50Hz AC.
This recommended technical specification does not apply to DC or solar, wind-powered LED road lighting products.
This recommended technical specification is applicable to cold road LED lighting products that are applied at 40° to 50° north latitude.

3.1 Coldland LED road lighting products are applied in the 40°~50° north latitude, which can adapt to 40°C~+
All-weather outdoor LED road lighting products in a 40°C temperature range operating environment.

3.2 Rating

The parameter value of the cold LED street lighting product under given working conditions, which is specified by the product manufacturer or the responsible seller.

3.3 rated luminous flux

The rating of the initial luminous flux, which is determined by the product manufacturer or the responsible seller.

3.4 rated correlated color temperature

The initial correlation color temperature rating, which is determined by the product vendor or responsible distributor.

3.5 initial value

The LED parameter of the cold LED road lighting product after 1000 hours of aging, and is in stable working condition.

3.6 initial luminous flux

The initial value of the total luminous flux emitted by the cold LED street lighting product, in lumens (lm).

3.7 Initial light effect Cold LED LED lighting product initial value, in lumens per watt (lm / W).

3.8 Initial Color Rendering Index The initial value of the general color rendering index Ra of cold ground LED lighting products.

3.9 initial color

The initial value of the color of the cold LED street lighting product, including the CIE1964 color coordinate (u', v') value and the associated color temperature value CCT.

3.10 lumen maintenance rate

The ratio of the total luminous flux and its initial luminous flux, which is expressed by the percentage of the total luminous flux emitted by the cold LED street lighting products after being used for a period of time.

TPU material,similar material as PU strips,ensure the adhesive property between end caps and IP68 waterproof led srtips.Plastic end caps are anti-uv,and are not easy to be broken,at least can be used for 5 years . With transparent and frosted suface,it won't be obvious shadow to tell apart.We can't make sure the normal length of led strips is proper in anywhere,the end caps are designed to solve these problem.After cutting needless strips,use end caps to plug ,and seal with glue.There are two end caps attched to each led srtip.The caps are only included with strip light to sell,not sold separately as well.
