LED ceiling light power requirements

LED ceiling lights are powered by commercial power, so the power supply must also be input from the mains AC. The English is called Off-Line, which is commonly used as the mains power supply. The basic indicators of the mains power supply for LED ceiling lamps are as follows:
1) Power output power: The size of the LED ceiling light must match the power. The large power radiator should be long enough to meet the heat dissipation requirements.
2) Power efficiency: Generally, the isolation type is 80%~85 010, and the non-isolated type is about 90%.
3) Power factor (PF): The correction without PF is 0.55~0.6, and the PF correction is about 0.9~0.99.
The LED driver power supply is mainly divided into two types: isolated and non-isolated. It refers to whether the load terminal is isolated from the phase line 220V. Generally speaking, since non-isolation does not require an isolation transformer, the cost is low, but the aluminum substrate is required to have a high withstand voltage, otherwise the heat sink may be charged. Therefore, it is not easy to pass the safety test. The isolation type is safer and easier to pass the safety regulations, but the cost is high.
Precautions during assembly of LED ceiling light
1) When applying thermal grease , it should not spread to the tin pad of the PCB. The thermal grease should be evenly coated. Pay attention to the cleaning of the work surface when working. Do not drop the thermal grease on the work surface.
2) Do not touch the thermal grease on the PCB when soldering by hand. The soldering temperature of the soldering iron should not exceed the soldering temperature of the LED and the soldering time. Pay attention to the solder joint quality and appearance. Pay attention to the "+" and "one" poles of the LED lamp bead and the PCB. Do not reverse.
3) Adjust the current and voltage supply parameters of the constant current power supply. Do not overload test. The test pen points on the “+” and “one” poles of the power supply on the PCB. It is strictly forbidden to short-circuit the power supply or the LED overload test.
4) Thermal grease does not block the screw holes.
5) The screw should completely lock the PCB thermal shield of the PCBA and the heat sink. The thermal grease can not contaminate the PCB surface.
6) Do not reverse the "+" and "one" pad wiring of the power supply. The red wire is "+" and the black wire is "one". The LED lamp bead cannot be burnt by hand soldering, and there is no solder or short circuit. Open circuit phenomenon.
