1. Tender conditions

3. Applicant qualification requirements

3.1 The prequalification requires that the applicant has the following qualifications: [Municipal Public Works (2015 New Standard) Level 2] (inclusive) or above, with the following achievements: From January 1, 2010 up to now, completed at least 20 million and above municipal public works construction There are two projects (similar project descriptions) and corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, funds, etc. Among them, the applicant's proposed project manager must have the following conditions:

3.2 This prequalification does not accept (accept or not accept) a prequalification application for consortium. If the consortium applies for prequalification, it shall meet the following requirements:
