The company's first meeting, Liuzhou Ouweimu Machinery Co., Ltd. failed to pass.

It is understood that as early as December 21, 2016, Sanxiong Aurora has pre-disclosed the updated prospectus. Sanxiong Aurora intends to publicly issue 70 million shares to the public (the specific number of issuance is subject to the number of issuances approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission), and the total share capital after the issuance is 280 million shares.

According to the inquiry, the latest prospectus of Sanxiong Aurora announced the financial data as of June 2016.
