Use GPS and RFID technology to be an intelligent inspection system

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of man-made wrong patrol and missing patrol in the patrol inspection of production equipment of the enterprise, an intelligent patrol system based on GPS and RFID technology is designed and implemented. The system relies on computers to build a central information processing system CIPS (Central InformaTIon Processing System), uses Poeket PC as an inspection terminal PS (Portable StaTIon), uses SQL Server2000 relational database and SQL Server CE3.0 embedded database technology RFID technology, GPS positioning technology, information management, information transmission and other technologies in one, complete the interaction of information between CIPS and PS, and realize the comprehensive processing of inspection information.

The traditional inspection method is restricted by many factors such as climate conditions, environmental factors, personnel quality and sense of responsibility, so the quality and availability of inspections cannot be guaranteed. The hidden trouble of the equipment cannot be found in time, which may easily lead to production accidents. How to supervise the in-position situation and working status of the inspection route of the inspection personnel and the standardized management of the inspection work have become the issues that are generally concerned and urgently needed to be solved by enterprise production equipment managers. Therefore, in order to ensure the accuracy of the line and the smooth progress of the equipment inspection, it is imperative to reform the traditional backward inspection method. Information transmission is carried out by using power lines between factory equipments. Noise interference is large and reliability cannot be guaranteed. Ultrasonic technology is more complicated for reading device information during inspection. Through the investigation, analysis and demonstration of most enterprises, this paper designed and developed a patrol inspection system based on GPS and RFID technology with VS2005 as the development tool.

1 Overall system architecture

The intelligent inspection system based on GPS and RFID technology is mainly composed of the inspection terminal PS and the central processing system CIPS. The overall architecture is as follows: the PPC running the Windows Mobile embedded operating system is used as the basic inspection terminal PS. , Used to locate equipment (inspection objects), but also used for tracking in place. The background management system provides functions such as equipment management, patrol management and defect management. And accept the inspection data from the inspection terminal.

The system design is divided into two major modules under the guidance of modularity: CIPS software design and inspection terminal PS software design, as shown in Figure 1. Each sub-module remains relatively independent, making the system both open and easy to maintain. After the design of the entire inspection system is completed, it will be carried out according to the operation flow shown in Figure 2. The inspection object information is read into the terminal database through the RFID scanning device installed by the PS, and the inspection data input interface is automatically popped up to input the inspection information.

All auto filters are designed to prevent harmful debris from entering any parts where air and fluid flows, including your engine, radiator, fuel lines and more. Once a filter is no longer performing its intended function, decreased performance-even engine damage-can result.

When your air filter is dirty, your engine is forced to work harder, resulting in poor fuel economy, higher emissions and, possibly, a loss of engine power. In turn, as a worst-case scenario, a clogged Cabin Air Filter can lead to under-performance of the A/C system, causing weak air flow from the cabin vents. It can also lead to unwanted, unfiltered air in the cabin. As for a mucked-up fuel filter, that`ll land you with a weakened fuel supply to injectors, a reduction in engine power, poor acceleration and lousy fuel economy-not to mention a potential breakdown.

They protect vital car parts by keeping harmful debris at bay so your car runs right. Filters also ensure your car runs more efficiently. The cleaner your filter, the more it allows for the maximum flow of air or fluid through the system. Like a clogged drain, a dirty filter starves the system of the vital air or fluid and makes each system it protects work harder to do its job. Once filters are dirtied, they should be replaced.

it`s recommended that you get your filters replaced every 12 months or 12,000 miles, but check your owner`s manual for specifics about your vehicle`s filter replacement schedules.
