China Guangdong Network (Beijing) Co., Ltd. was established in November 2006 and is a subsidiary of Guoguang Global Media Holdings Limited. It is positioned as a "new media service operator." As one of the licensees of the domestic Internet TV integrated broadcast control platform, the Guangdong side is responsible for the China International Broadcasting Network (CIBN) CIBN Internet TV business based on the TV side and the corresponding integrated broadcast control platform. Its core business is the construction and operation of the CIBN Internet TV platform.
Global Zhida Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. is an innovative enterprise focusing on smart TVs, smart homes and home entertainment. Founded in August 2015, Huawen Media (000793), Dahua Smart (002512) and China Guangdong jointly funded the establishment.
