NVIDIA's first GeForce 600M series of GPUs today includes three products: the GeForce 610M, the GeForce GT 630M, and the GeForce GT 635M.
The first products of the GeForce 600M continue to use the Fermi architecture instead of the 28nm Kepler architecture. Among them, GeForce 610M code GF119, built-in 48 CUDA cores, operating frequency 900MHz, with 1GB 64-bit DDR3 memory; GeForce GT 630M codename GF108, built-in 96 CUDA cores, operating frequency 672MHz, with 1GB 128-bit DDR3 memory GeForce GT 635M codenamed GF106, built-in 144/96 CUDA cores, operating frequency 675/753MHz, with DDR3/GDDR5 memory, memory bandwidth up to 192-bit.
