The poles are usually placed on the long sides of the arena. The multi-rod arrangement often has a four-bar arrangement, as shown by "4" in Figure 2, and also has a six-bar arrangement, as shown by "â—" in Figure 2, with an occasional eight-bar arrangement, as shown by "8" in Figure 2. Almost no ten-bar arrangement or more than ten poles are used. Unless the expansion project is expanded, odd pole pole arrangements are rarely used.

In order to avoid the glare interference of the goalkeeper and the offensive player, it is better to arrange the light pole, that is, the pink area in the figure, within the angle of at least 10° on both sides of the bottom line with the midpoint of the goal line as the reference point.
FIFA gives the minimum height of the pole, that is, the height of the pole must meet h ≥ 15m. At the same time, the requirement of φ ≥ 25° in Fig. 3 is also satisfied.

It can be seen that even for the stadium of the national fitness, sports lighting is more complicated. It is a pity that there are still not owners who pay insufficient attention to sports lighting. They can easily install a few lights to meet the lighting requirements, resulting in the lighting stadium not achieving the desired effect and affecting the development of the national fitness campaign.
