According to the agreement, Datang Group intends to invest RMB 221.0 million in Ganzi Hydropower, and Gantou Hydropower agrees to increase its capital contribution to Ganzi Hydropower Company by approximately RMB 148.7 million in proportion to its original shareholding. After the completion of the capital increase, Gantang Hydropower Company's actual control rights did not transfer. Datang Power Generation Corporation accounted for 52.5% (previously 80%) of the shares, Datang Group 27.5%, and Gantou Hydropower 20%.

According to the report, Ganzi Hydropower Company was incorporated on July 3, 2006, with a registered capital of RMB 50 million. It is responsible for the development and construction of the Daduhe Changheba Hydropower Station project (2,600 MW installed capacity) and Sichuan Dadu River Jinjinping Hydropower Station (with an installed capacity of 850MW. ) Two hydropower projects. The Changheba and Huangjinping hydropower projects were approved by the National Development and Reform Commission in November 2010 and February 2011 respectively. Currently, they are all under construction. Taking March 31, 2011 as the benchmark date for auditing, Ganzi Hydropower has total assets of 5.478 billion yuan, liabilities of 5.106 billion yuan, and net assets of 372 million yuan.
