[High-tech LED News] Huaxin's annual production of 150,000 LED epitaxial wafers in Xi'an United Technologies, Shaanxi Province, was put into production recently. It is the stage of mass production after Huaxin grabbed the LED field.
Huaxin said that the LED layout will enter the harvest period in the next one to two years. The industry believes that with the current scale, using the 4-inch market estimate, the maximum annual performance of Huaxin can be about 1.3 billion to 1.5 billion Taiwan dollars, but the actual operating performance will still depend on the yield and sales model.
It is understood that Huaxin has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Xi'an High-tech Zone Management Committee for new projects. The two sides will further deepen R&D cooperation, including promoting the industrialization of thin-film solar modules, the development of new-generation LED products and technologies, and jointly establishing LED R&D platforms. And does not rule out the continuous expansion of LED capacity.
