The General Office of the State Council recently forwarded the Opinions of the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments on encouraging the development of energy-saving and environmentally-friendly small-displacement vehicles.

Appropriate discounts are offered for parking fees for energy-saving and environmentally-friendly small-displacement vehicles. All regions should actively develop specific measures to create a favorable environment for the consumption and use of energy-saving and environment-friendly small-displacement vehicles.
