In order to strengthen the management of value-added tax on power products after the reform of the power system, the State Administration of Taxation is studying and formulating measures for the management of value-added tax on power products. Prior to the issuance of this method, the management of value-added tax on power products shall be temporarily suspended in accordance with the Notice of the State Administration of Taxation on the Issues Concerning the Collection of Value-Added Taxes for Power Enterprises in 2003 (National Taxation Invention (2004) No. 1) and the State Administration of Taxation. Supplementary Notice of the Issues Concerning the Collection of Value-Added Taxes for Power Enterprises in 2003 (National Taxation Inventions (2004) No. 5).
