Special parts There are many and fast changes. Technicians must prepare various process documents according to different requirements. The amount of repeated labor is large, which makes the consistency of the process documents poor. The preparation speed is slow and difficult to optimize.

The traditional process design method, because each process specification must be written by hand, a lot of time is spent on writing and filling process cards, the design efficiency is low, the process preparation cycle is long, and it is not easy for the computer to unify the process technical documents. Management and maintenance are inconvenient for the experience and knowledge of process experts to be fully utilized. Moreover, due to the limited experience, different habits, and different technical levels of each process staff, the prepared process regulations are poor in consistency, the quality is not stable, and it is difficult to achieve the optimization goal. Therefore, for the compressor manufacturing industry, there is an urgent need to improve the process design level and solve the process bottleneck problem.
