Sheng Sirui unveiled at the 2016 Shenzhen International Smart Home & Smart Hardware Expo

At the 2016 Shenzhen International Smart Home & Smart Hardware Expo (ISHE China 2016), held from August 18 to 20 at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center, Sensirion showcased its latest innovations in sensor technology. As a leading manufacturer in the field of sensors, Sensirion presented a comprehensive range of products, including their core lines of temperature and humidity sensors, as well as differential pressure sensors. The company emphasized its commitment to delivering reliable, high-performance solutions that support a wide range of applications, reinforcing its position as a trusted partner in the industry. The event highlighted smart home systems, wearable devices, medical hardware, sensors, chips, and modules, covering a total area of 30,000 square meters. It served as a platform for companies to display cutting-edge technologies and breakthroughs in the smart home sector. Sensirion’s booth, located at Hall 4, Booth B9, featured a wide array of products, including their temperature and humidity sensor series, differential pressure sensors, liquid flow sensors, gas mass flow meters, and flow controllers. One of the highlights of the exhibition was the global launch of the SHTW2, a new ultra-small digital temperature and humidity sensor. This product, introduced in June 2016, is based on innovative CMOSens® technology, integrating the entire sensor system and I2C interface into a single chip. With a humidity measurement range of 0–100% RH and a temperature range of -30°C to 100°C, the SHTW2 offers high accuracy, low power consumption, and a compact design. These features make it ideal for use in consumer electronics such as smartphones, wearables, and IoT devices. Its excellent cost-performance ratio and reliability also make it a strong choice for high-volume applications. In addition to the SHTW2, Sensirion also showcased its SDP3x digital differential pressure sensor, which has gained significant attention for its small size, high accuracy, and long-term stability. The SDP3x is considered one of the smallest differential pressure sensors available, making it a preferred solution for applications where space is limited and performance is critical. Mr. Li Jinhua, General Manager of Sensirion China, emphasized the importance of the event as an opportunity to introduce new products and reinforce the company’s presence in the Chinese market. He stated that Sensirion continues to focus on innovation, aiming to provide technical support across various industries with international standards. At the same time, the company remains committed to understanding local needs and building a stronger brand image rooted in the Chinese market.
